Our policy at Bowtique It is that all sales are considered final. However, we may consider exceptions for special circumstances. If you believe your situation qualifies, please contact us before returning any items.
Authorized returns must be initiated within 30 days from the purchase date. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for items returned after this period.
For returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Refunds may take some time to process, depending on your payment provider.
